This is a business case vignette using storytelling. It must include three (3) peer-reviewed references in APA format (in-line citations as well).

Write in third person, and remember, the business case vignette is a story about the organization it is not about you! You are the narrator of this story.

The scenario:

I am "working" as an intern for a technology company as the VP of Technology. The directors of Technology and Human Resources report directly to me.

All technical teams (Databases, web, IT support and networking) report to the director of technology.

Narrative persuasively introduces the protagonist

Narrative introduces the organizational design, including:
• Explains organizational systems
• Explains organizational policies
• Explains organizational culture

Narrative outlines protagonist situation and viewpoint

Narrative explains what is known/unknown about the protagonist situation

My recommendations are (select only one topic):

Improve communication up and down the chain of command
Improve direction when interns start
Improve server maintenance for storing, editing, approving and sharing policies and documents.
I am leaning toward the last topic.
